What to expect
Nicole brings her energy of love and abundance with an intention to bring through what you need for your highest good. She asks that you come with an open heart and mind and arrive at each session with no distractions and in a quiet setting.

Transformational Hypnosis
90 minutes
Prior to your session, the PhoenixRising team sends you an email identifying what to expect and how you can prepare. If you are a first-time client, you’ll receive two short questionnaires to complete five days before your scheduled session; but if you do not complete the questionnaires in advance, we will spend time at the start of your session going through the questionnaires together.

Questions
What is the difference between a medium and psychic reading?
A medium reading focuses on sharing information and messages from your loved one(s) in spirit. A psychic reading is about tuning into your energy regarding your past, present or future. Topics that arise in a psychic reading include your career/profession, real estate, health care, finance, travel, and love, and related to your past, present or future. Note that future predictions are not fixed – the future may change from what is predicted in a session.
What are the Akashic Records?
They are a cosmic library, a field of consciousness, which contain the experiences of every soul, such as past lives, present life, emotions, choices and events and future possibilities.
What is an Akashic Record reading?
During an Akashic record reading, I access your Akashic records, typically to explore specific questions you raise in your session.
What is transformational hypnosis?
Transformational or spiritual hypnosis is a process during which a client explores their inner experience through a multidimensional, spiritual or transpersonal framework. A client may explore scenes that go beyond their present identity, the nature of which will depend on the intention for the session. The sessions may cover inner-child experiences, future timeline progression, higher-self guidance, life-between-lives experiences, parallel or multidimensional experiences, and past life regression.
What is a soundbath?
Using sound bowls, sessions are meant to shift your frequency, release blocks and to help you feel freer, more abundant and aligned with your soul’s purpose.
What is Sacred Deathcare?
Sacred deathcare is a soul-centered approach to death, where we meet death in a soul-based way. It offers a spiritual perspective about death and dying that provides a framework for us to experience death in a different way than a western worldview. Sacred deathcare takes what happens to an individual around death and dying and offers spiritual frameworks, rituals and language, which support healing and show what becomes possible for people around death and dying.
Is a Deathcare Guide the same as a Death Doula?
No, they are different. Death Doulas focus on the here and now and what is happening for the living and dying loved one until they pass away. They are taught to be spiritually neutral, and they typically work with a healthcare team, allowing the family to take the lead concerning support for their loved one.
Deathcare Guides offer support to families and individuals from a spiritual, nature-based and modern consciousness approach, taking the lead when families may not know what they need or want for their loved one. The Guide leads with mystical and spiritual experiences.
What is Core Shamanism?
Core Shamanism: Developed by anthropologist Michael Harner, Core Shamanism “consists of the universal, near-universal, and common features of shamanism, together with journeys to other worlds, a distinguishing feature of shamanism.”
What is a shamanic practitioner?
A shamanic practitioner is an individual who uses methods under Core Shamanism to connect with helping spirits to offer spiritual healing and wisdom to individuals. Methods include spiritual extraction healing, power animal retrieval, psychopomp work, and power soul retrieval.
What is a Power Animal?
A power animal is a helping spirit in animal form who offers spiritual protection from illness, bad luck and soul loss.
Will I hear from the loved one(s) I want to hear from?
Our sessions together are always spirit-led. You may not always hear from who you want to hear from, but you will hear from who you are meant to hear from.

What is your refund policy?
No refunds are available. We allow the client to reschedule one additional time, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
